RDECOM hosts blogger's roundtable at Maker Faire

Join a blogger's roundtable to discuss the U.S. Army's Research, Development and Engineering Command's participation at Maker Faire Detroit.

Maj. Gen. Nick Justice, RDECOM commander, will take questions from The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Mich., site of Maker Faire, and discuss the innovative, do-it-yourself mindset of Makers in America and answer questions about military technology research.

Joining Maj. Gen. Justice for this roundtable discussion are Dr. Grace Bochenek, director of the Tank, Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center, Warren, Mich., and Dr. James Overholt, Chief Scientist for Robotics for the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army. Overholt is responsible for defining the strategic vision for robotics science and technology and for conducting and mentoring cutting-edge robotics research.
