Team –

I am pleased to share the newly announced C5ISR Hall of Fame Class of 2024! From major contributions in business logistics systems to historic space-aged contributions and ensuring mission success in the signal intelligence and electronic warfare fields, these individuals have changed our Army for the best. Join me in commending:

– Ms. Kathleen Batdorf, CECOM ILSC, Director of Logistics, Engineering and Operations (1978-2019)

– Mr. Charles “Mike” Carter, CECOM ILSC, Associate Director of Operations (1992-2016)

– The late, Mr. Andrew “Andy” D’Angelo – PEO IEW&S, Program Executive Officer, (1958-1993)

– The late, Dr. Walter McAfee – CECOM (ERADCOM), Scientific Advisor (1942-1985)

– Mr. Thomas Michelli, U.S. Army Information Systems Management Activity/PM Army Information Systems, Deputy Director (1968-1997)

Congratulations to these individuals who have created a lasting legacy within our C5ISR community. I greatly appreciate everyone who submitted a nomination this year—I think you’ll agree that this is an outstanding class, whose contributions to this community are well worth celebrating. We are currently planning our dinner ceremony on the evening of 26 JUNE, with the official induction ceremony scheduled for the morning of 27 JUNE. Please keep an eye on the C5ISR Hall of Fame website for more ceremony information: https://cecom.army.mil/halloffame.

This week our CECOM IG, Chaplain and EEO Director are with the ISEC team at Fort Huachuca, facilitating morale assessment sessions, providing mandatory EEO Anti-Harassment training, amongst other specialized requested trainings. The traveling party is also offering confidential one-on-one sessions for anyone who would like to discuss any workplace concerns or make recommendations. They will conduct morale assessment sessions and FEVS/DEOCS results, providing a unique opportunity to discuss work culture and the workplace climate of Huachuca. It’s important for us to take care of our own, and for our command’s most influential leaders to truly appreciate CECOM’s global footprint.

To all our teammates worldwide, thank you for your continued support and dedication to our Soldiers and Nation.

This We’ll Defend!
