SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii — U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii’s commander, Col. Dan Misigoy, will relinquish command to Col. Steve McGunegle in a ceremony held at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow on Weyand Field, here.

Local media are invited to attend this special event, which includes individual interviews following the ceremony with the in-coming and out-going commanders.
