The 17th Infantry Division of the Republic of Korea Army joined with the Soldiers of the 65th Medical Brigade in a bilateral Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE) Mass Casualty (MASCAL)Exercise on Nov. 5, 2015 in Bupyeong, South Korea.

Both forces educated one another on the capabilities and procedures to treat patients under CBRNE conditions within each forces own patient decontamination process.

By working in a combined environment, Soldiers from both forces were able to come together and conduct triage, evacuation, decontamination and treatment of patients while building comradery and stregthening the United States and Republic of Korea alliance.
