Col. Scott Lofreddo, chief of staff, Army Sustainment Command, speaks at the Rock Island Arsenal Military Retiree Appreciation Day Oct. 27. The event, featuring more than 25 organizations providing information and exhibiting goods and services, drew a crowd of nearly 500 participants. The day served to provide military retirees with information and updates on topics that are pertinent to them, such as TRICARE, retiree pay, and other issues.
