TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT WINS IT'S SEVENTH SHINGO AWARD The Shingo Board of Examiners awarded the Shingo Silver Medallion for the entire Communications Security (COMSEC) Division, D/Communication Systems. The award was for operational excellence of the division's total Value Stream. Tobyhanna will be honored at the 25th Annual Shingo Prize Awards Gala, at the Annual International Conference on May 6-10, 2013 in Provo, Ut. TYAD's seven Shingo Medallions include one gold, two silver, and four bronze.
