FORT LEE, Va. -- Retired Lt. Gen. Richard A. Hack hands the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Sultan A. Muhammad, U.S. Army Ordnance School regimental command sergeant major, after being named the new Honorary Colonel of the Regiment.
