What I've learned being a Soldier: You have to be a good Soldier to be a good leader. You have to know how to follow to lead. NCOs are truly the glue that holds the big green machine together

What inspires you to be a Soldier: My grandfather was a Soldier. My father was a Soldier. My aunt was in the Women's Army Corps. I also wanted to be a part of an organization that really signifies the values of integrity, honor, selfless service, and the main focus is on the greater good. (Corny, I know, but true)
