Supply convoys, port management, vehicle maintenance - it is all work we have been doing for the past nine years in Afghanistan. The difference with the plus up is the increase in volume. More trucks on the roads, more ships arriving and departing the ports, more cargo on the trains. More to manage, but nothing the Army hasn't done before.
