Due to staff shortage, the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach Vehicle Registration Office (VRO) will operate under reduced hours during the month of December 2025.

ANSBACH, Germany — During the month of December 2025, the USAG Ansbach Vehicle Registration Office (VRO) will modify its service hours to allow employees time to take some much-deserved vacation.

Customers should plan accordingly and be prepared for potential extended wait times. Schedule appointments at https://bookavr.timetap.com. The VRO resumes normal operations January 5, 2026.

  • 08:00 – 12:00 (walk-ins)
  • 12:00 – 13:00 (closed for lunch)
  • 13:00 – 14:45 (walk-ins)
