The summit, organized by the Public Affairs Office, introduced new unit leaders, bid farewell to the outgoing garrison commander and created a collaborative space for future Italian-American partnerships in the Vicenza area. Bilingual garrison ambassadors provided essential translation and cultural support throughout the evening.
Event communication was supported through a multilingual WhatsApp channel used by staff to report discussions and facilitate coordination. Future activities include soccer matches, school events and outings with Italian military personnel, with a formal partnership signing expected in Camisano this September.
The summit affirmed USAG Italy’s commitment to regional engagement and its role as a trusted partner in northern Italy.
