FORT BENNING, GA - Nationally acclaimed consumer advocate Clark Howard is bringing his radio and television broadcasts to Fort Benning soldiers and their families at the National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center Oct. 2.
He will be joined by Robin Meade, anchor of Aca,!A"Morning Express with Robin MeadeAca,!A? on HLN. Meade also hosts the networkAca,!a,,cs Aca,!A"Salute to TroopsAca,!A? daily segment.
Howard will tape his radio show beginning at 10:30 a.m. on the museumAca,!a,,cs front lawn. At 1 p.m., the television show will be taped in the museumAca,!a,,cs lobby.
The money expert will answer questions from military families about credit ratings, avoiding foreclosure, budgeting and more.
The public is invited to view the taping of the TV show, however, seating is limited. The museum will remain open for visitors during the event.
Meade will sign copies of her recently released New York Times bestseller Aca,!A"Morning Sunshine: How to Radiate Confidence and Feel it TooAca,!A? in the museumAca,!a,,cs bookstore from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
HowardAca,!a,,cs radio show, which is syndicated nationally, airs locally on WRCG 1420 on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. His weekly television show airs on HLN at 6 a.m., noon and 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
