Fort Knox, Ky. -- Whether working at the recycling center, the air traffic control tower or the front gates, Garrison Commander Col. Chris Ricci said he enjoys involving himself with the installation's workforce.

For the second time since winter, Ricci and Command Sgt. Maj. Sherm Waters, the Garrison senior noncommissioned officer, worked with the Directorate of Emergency Services as gate guards, welcoming guests and disseminating information about the installation while learning a new skill.
