In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, Colonel Chris Ricci, Garrison commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Sherm Waters Jr. spent the morning showing their appreciation to those who visited, pinning them with special Vietnam veteran pins at the main Exchange on post.
