Eleven Soldiers from Fort Knox will retire in a retirement ceremony June 25, 2021, at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater.
The monthly post retirement ceremony will be Friday, June 25 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the deputy commander of U.S. Army Human Resources Command, Brig. Gen. Kris Belanger, and the HRC Reserve Personnel Management Directorate sergeant major, Sgt. Maj. Stuart Coupe.
The public is invited to attend this event; however, all compliance measures associated with health protection condition (HPCON) level Bravo and General Order No. 1 (signed May 17, 2021) remain in effect (e.g., Those who are not at least 14 days past their final COVID-19 shot series must continue to wear a mask in the theater).

The following retirees will be honored in this ceremony:
·Col. Sidney Melton, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 28 years of service
·Lt. Col. Michelle Barbee, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, with 21 years of service
·Sgt. Maj. Robert Whitely, U.S. Army Cadet Command, with 28 years of service
·Master Sgt. Darryl Wingate Sr., 84th Training Command, with 34 years of service
·1st Sgt. Michael Green, 4th Cavalry Multi-Functional Training Brigade, with 20 years of service
·Master Sgt. Tyrone Jones, U.S. Army Cadet Command, with 43 years of service
·Sgt. 1st Class David Johnson, U.S. Army Cadet Command, with 22 years of service
·Sgt. 1st Class Alfonso Laparra, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, with 21 years of service
·Sgt. 1st Class Judy Mull, 83rd U.S. Army Reserve Readiness Training Center, with 32 years of service
·Sgt. 1st Class John Santos, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, with 23 years of service
·Sgt. 1st Class Leland Zickuhr, 101st Brigade Support Battalion, with 23 years of service
