What Makes This Cadet Stand Out From Their Peers?

It's safe to say that Cadet Dallmann is a passionate, involved and well-rounded Cadet. Alongside serving as the MSII's Class Leader, she is a member of the Ranger Challenge Team, University Track Team (Pole Vault), ROTC Choir, ROTC Game Day Crew, and Weber State University Intramural Volleyball Team. She leads voluntary campus tours for elementary kids and also volunteered for the Day of Caring for the city of Ogden. Dallmann also took 1st place in the 2020 Mountain States Games for pole vault, and is currently ranked 10th overall in the Big Sky Conference. In her devotion to athletics, Army ROTC and her community, Cadet Dallmann shows immense determination and drive.

In addition to her collegiate athletics, she also scored a 300 on her last APFT. She always has a smile on her face and is quick to motivate or uplift her peers. Cadet Dallmann is a natural leader, who will make an outstanding and positive impact on the Army as a commissioned officer. She has maintained a positive attitude throughout her Department of Defense medical examination review board process over the last eight months and will not get her hopes down. Cadet Dallmann is our number one prospect for Airborne School upon contracting. On top of all of this, she is in the rigorous Weber State Nursing Program. She has utmost potential and is an extremely bright Cadet.

For Cadet Dallmann, even the sky is not the limit.

In The Cadet's Own Words:

Both of my grandfathers commissioned as Army ROTC Officers and served in the Vietnam War. Since I can remember, I wanted to serve my country and to be a part of something bigger than myself.

My family is my biggest motivator. I always knew I'd be in the Army like my grandfathers. Being the oldest child, I've always tried to set a good example for my younger brother and cousins. Also, coming from a family with a long military history, I've strived to make my parents proud and to continue bringing honor to my family name.
