FORT BELVOIR, Va. -- The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) hosted a Career Fair connecting employers with job seekers with a variety of careers fields opportunities across the various INSCOM units and the U.S. Army Futures Command at the Fort Belvoir community center, July 25.

More than 200 service members, veterans, civilians, and spouses' network with potential employers, trying to a find that perfect job, suitable for their skills during the event.

INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts and synchronizes worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; delivers linguist support and intelligence-related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition Commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

INSCOM positions are in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25.
