BAGRAM, AFGHANISTAN -- More than 85 Army Contracting Command-Afghanistan Soldiers, civilians and contractors took part in a synchronized effort to drive cultural change during a town hall on July 26.

ACC-A Commander Col. H. Brad Hodge and his brigade staff provided integral information aimed at improving the team's understanding of the strategic, operational and tactical impacts its contract oversight and procurement efforts have on mission success.

During the town hall, the ACC-A command team took time to recognize its workforce. They recognized Staff Sgt. William Phipps, Staff Sgt. Carlos Espada and Staff Sgt. Patrick Kennison for earning their promotable status on the latest sergeant first class promotion's list.
