HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. -- The U.S. Army Evaluation Center, or AEC, hosted its first annual formal ball at the Bulle Rock Golf Course May 18.

The ball was the finale to the two day AEC leadership conference provided to the AEC leadership team. Attendees of the ball consisted of 150 AEC civilian and military workforce, including spouses.

The festivities began with a cocktail hour of hors d'oeuvre and drinks, and dinner followed shortly thereafter. The chef inspired meals of salmon wellington, flat iron steak, and chicken were enjoyed by all in attendance.

A ceremonial cutting of the cake was conducted by AEC's Integrated Logistics Evaluator Paul G. Rambo and Military Evaluator Capt. Jesse Lee, representing the longest and youngest (in tenure) serving AEC employees. Rambo just celebrated 38 years and Lee arrived to the command in March.

AEC's color guard concluded the event with the retiring of the colors.

Afterwards, the dance floor was officially open to the attendees as dancing went well into the evening.
