PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Chaplain, Lt. Col. Jeff Dillard, speaks to installation employees at a Prayer Breakfast held at the Cannon Gates Catering Center, Feb. 26. Chaplain Dillard's message was titled, "When Jesus Leads." Military personnel and their families were able to attend the breakfast at no cost courtesy of the Picatinny Unit Fund.
