JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. -- Maj. Gen. Brian Lein, commanding general, U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School, and chief of the U.S. Army Medical Corps, speaks to members working in military medicine from Regional Health Command-Pacific, Puget Sound Military Health System, Madigan Army Medical Center, I Corps, 62nd Medical Brigade and other units located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord during a town hall the morning of Aug. 4 at the Lewis Main Chapel. The major theme of Lein's talk focused on the future of Army Medicine and the role it plays in readiness. Following his remarks, he responded to a variety of questions from members of the audience. He conducted a second town hall at Madigan later in the day.
