WIESBADEN, Germany -- Several senior host nation leaders from the Hessian state government visited U.S. Army Europe's headquarters, met with senior staff members, and participated in a Strong Europe update Aug. 18.
Visiting the headquarters were Minister Peter Beuth, Hessian Minister of Interior and Sports; State Secretary Werner Koch, Hessian Minister of Interior and Sports; and President Rober Schaefer, Hessian State Office for the Protection of the Constitution.

Ben Hodges, commanding general, U.S. Army Europe, the team had an extended office call with senior U.S. Army Europe staff members including Maj. Gen. Timothy McGuire, deputy commanding general; Maj.
