FORT RUCKER, Ala. (May 13, 2016) - A delegation from the Singapore Army Safety Inspectorate visited the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center this week in an effort learn more about USACRC's mission, initiatives and best practices.
During their two-day visit, Lt. Col. Liew Wee Teck, head of Governance Branch and Army Safety Inspectorate and Ang Rui Xiang, a data analyst officer, received briefings about several USACRC programs, including the Army Readiness Assessment Program, multinational risk management and accident data analytics.
They also toured the USACRC's Crash Dynamics Laboratory, an accident recreation facility that provides training for Army accident investigation students.
The Army Safety Team provides the Army with safety and risk management expertise to preserve readiness through the prevention of accidental loss of the Army's Soldiers, civilians, families and vital resources.
