Soldiers assigned to 2nd Brigade Combat Team "Commandos," returned to Fort Drum, Jan. 7, 2016 from a nine month deployment in Afghanistan where they were welcomed home during a ceremony held at Magrath Sports Complex.

"I'm very excited to be home," said Sgt. Wendy Honeycutt. "I can't wait to run up and hug my family and go to my favorite restaurant."
