FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (Oct. 1, 2015) -- Lt. Gen. Thomas Spoehr, director, Army Office of Business Transformation, presides over the Warrant Officer Basic Course 01-15 graduation Sept. 22, which is the first 16-week class led by the U.S. Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear School at Fort Leonard Wood. The prior six courses were taught by the U.S. Marine Corps. Spoehr and many others had a hand in the development of the program, allowing Soldiers the opportunity to gain more technical competence and upward mobility.
