The LRC provided intense, hands-on experience that emphasized learning through team-based problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication skills. Using what they learned during character strength training, the Soldiers were able to utilize individual team members' strengths to successfully navigate obstacles.
The LRC also develops individual leaders and unit cohesion, while measuring the organizational effectiveness of a small unit.
