KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany - Command Sgt. Maj. Rodney Rhoades, senior enlisted leader of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, had the honor of inducting three outstanding Soldiers into the prestigious Sergeant Morales Club in a formal ceremony held March 11 at the Wagon Wheel Theater on U.S. Army Garrison, Baumholder, Germany.

The new inductees are: Staff Sgt. William Barraza, squad leader, 30th Medical Brigade, 21st TSC, Sgt. 1st Class Antoinette Francois, medical operations noncommissioned officer, 421st Multifunctional Medical Battalion, and Staff Sgt. Efrain Garcia, career counselor, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade.

"These three soldiers represent the best of our noncommissioned officers corps," said Rhoades. "The most important thing these Soldiers do every day is teach, mentor, trust and empower their Soldiers, and listen to what they have to say in order to help them understand and grow."
