WIESBADEN, Germany -- The Deputy G6 of U.S. Army Europe, Col. Geoffrey Mangelsdorf, hosted a visit from the Bulgarian Armed Forces J6, Dec. 3, 2014, here.

The Bulgarian delegation included Col. Ivan Kolev, spectrum chief; Col. Lyudmil Stoyanov, GS/J6; and Vasil Sabinski, cyber chief.

The USAREUR staff presented a command briefing in addition to engaging in discussions ranging from interoperability, to common communications challenges, NATO training, and the Bulgarian Cyber Center of Excellence.

USAREUR set the groundwork for tactical interoperability testing in conjunction with future Novo Selo Training Area rotations in Bulgaria during calendar year 2015.
