Cross Functional Team Summit, 1st Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division add the Safety Excellence Streamer to their battalion colors during a ceremony held at Forward Operating Base Arian May 20, 2013. The Safety Excellence Streamer is awarded to units that have minimal safety violations during a required amount of training exercises.
