Heidi Schultz, district director for U.S. Rep. Cheri Bustos, Illinois's 17th District, listens as Col. Scott Lofreddo, chief of staff, Army Sustainment Command, begins an orientation brief April 17 with representation from the major installation tenants in the ASC headquarters building. Schultz, who oversees Bustos' offices in Rock Island, Rockford and Peoria, also toured the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. RIA is the largest employer in the bi-state region with more than 4,500 employees and more than 70 federal and commercial tenants.
