U.S. ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND-REDSTONE ARSENAL

Army Contracting Command (ACC) delivers precision contracting support to an expeditionary global force from the Joint Strategic Support Area to the tactical point of contact across the competition continuum in support of the Joint Force.

Headquartered at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, Army Contracting Command–Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is the largest of the Army’s major contracting centers. ACC-RSA includes five site locations aligned to better serve Army needs.

The center supports and enables the U.S. Army Materiel Command, the Capability Program Executive for Aviation, the Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Fires, the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation and Missile Center, the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal garrison, and other program executive offices and program managers for major Army acquisition programs.

ACC-RSA’s civilian and military workforce supports Warfighters worldwide by contracting for research and development, major weapon systems production, subsystems and services essential to Soldier readiness. From helicopters to missiles, systems engineering and technical assistance, and research and development to technology and engineering, ACC-RSA ensures Soldiers have what they need to succeed. Additional contracting areas include foreign military sales, contingency support, range and operational support, concept development, prototyping and limited production capability.

ACC-RSA awarded more than 13,973 contracts in fiscal 2025 valued at more than $34.2 billion. The organization accomplishes this with more than 900 contracting and acquisition professionals who support the Warfighter while ensuring responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.
