A military delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan, led by Gen. Col. Saken A. Zhasuzakov, first deputy minister of defense and chairman of that nations' chiefs of staff committee, visited Fort Bragg, N.C., Jan. 8-9. The delegation got a firsthand look at the latest in combat medical and tactical communications training and technology, visited memorials to fallen Soldiers, saw Soldier and Army Family support facilities and received command updates from U.S. Army Forces Command, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, the 82nd Airborne Division and Womack Army Medical Center.
