Medical Exercise 2012 is a U.S. Army Pacific multi-component, joint service, bi-lateral exercise hosted Aug 27 to Sep 3 by 18th Medical Command (Deployment Support), USARPAC. This year's scenario demonstrated the U.S. commitment and partnership with Japan by showcasing, USARPAC's mass casualty capabilities during a significant event which could pose a serious medical crisis. Participating units included: U.S. Army Pacific, 18th Medical Command, U.S. Army Japan and Soldiers from the 325th Combat Support Hospital, 139th Medical Brigade, and 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support). This is the first time in over a decade that a combat support hospital has been set-up during the event. (Shot and Produced by Staff Sgt. Robert Ham)
