CAMP SABALU-HARRISON, Afghanistan -- Lt. Gen. James L. Terry, incoming commander, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, toured the Detention Facility in Parwan June 3, 2012, to gain a better understanding of the strategic-level mission conducted at the DFIP. IJC partners with Afghan National Security Forces to neutralize the insurgency and to support governance and development in Afghanistan.
