Maj. Gen. Sanford E. Holman, commander, 200th Military Police Command and Maj. Gen. Gregory J. Vadnais, adjutant general and director of military affairs for the state of Michigan, visited Camp Sabalu-Harrison and toured the Detention Facility in Parwan, May 8, 2012. The tour was guided by Lt. Gen. Keith M. Huber, commander, Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435 and Col. Robert M. Taradash, commander, Task Force Protector. The visit started with a walk-through of the detainee services branch, followed by a tour of a detainee housing unit. After the tour, Holman met with Army Reserve leadership from the camp to discuss training for deploying units.
