RICHMOND, Va. (May 3, 2012) -- Members of Fort Lee Joint Service Color Guard participated in the opening ceremonies of the Capital City 400 NASCAR race Saturday at Richmond International Raceway. The race was watched by thousands in the stands and on national TV. All members of the group were from Fort Lee's Joint Culinary Center of Excellence.
