Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Raymond T. Odierno presented 40 WWII Veterans with the Bronze Star before an audience of over 2,000 fellow comrades-in-arms, friends and family during the WWII Nisei Veterans Program National Veterans Network tribute to the 100th Infantry Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team and Military Intelligence Service on Nov. 1, 2011 in Washington, D.C. In addition to the presentation, Nisei World War II Veterans presented wreaths in memory of lost comrades.
