Army watercraft, like the tug boat pictured here in Yokohama Harbor, Japan, are being put to the test by Soldiers from around the globe during Exercise Pacific Reach 2011 The vessels are a vital part of Army Sustainment Command's global collection of pre-positioned stocks, enabling expeditionary and contingency operations.
