SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. -- Sgt. 1st Class Edward Panico and Sgt. Brian Bjorke prepare raise Old Glory outside the Mountain View Garden Retirement Community as part of their volunteer work there on Memorial Day. Panico and Bjorke serve with the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (USAEPG) at Fort Huachuca, the Army post located near Sierra Vista. USAEPG is the Army designated developmental tester for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.
