FORT HUACHUCA, Ariz. -- Chief Warrant Officer 3 James R. Williams, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, officer in charge for the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Test Directorate, U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground receives the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3 during his promotion ceremony April 1 officiated by Col. Ray Compton, commander, U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground, the Army's designated tester for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. Williams stands at attention while the promotion order is being read. His son, Jaton, stands with his father and patiently waits to do his part -- pinning the rank. During his off-duty time Williams and his son enjoy playing video games, remote control helicopters, sports, and hiking together.
