FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. -- During an accompanied visit with her spouse, Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III, Jeanne Chandler spent time reading to a group of preschool-aged children at one of the two Child Development Centers here, April 23, 2014. Chandler mentioned she began reading to military children around three years ago and enjoys the story telling.
