FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- The Army Ground Forces Band celebrated America and the U.S. Army's 238th birthday with a concert, June 15, at Fayetteville State University's J.W. Seabrook Auditorium. Maj. Gen. Leslie J. Carroll, chief of staff, U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), hosted the concert on behalf of Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, FORSCOM commanding general. Goldy, with WFNC AM morning radio show, "Good Morning Fayetteville with Goldy and Jim," was the master of ceremonies.
