CAMP ZAMA, Japan (Oct. 10, 2012) -- Col. Michael C. Lopez, commander of the 403rd Army Field Support Brigade, pins to Jose A. Toro, director of the Logistics and Readiness Center Honshu during a ceremony held Oct. 10 at U.S. Army Garrison Japan headquarters. The LRC, formerly under the Directorate of Logistics at USAG-J, now falls under Army Materiel Command as of Oct. 1.
