SAN DIEGO -- LTG Mike Ferriter, commander of Installation Management Command, addressed the Professional Housing Management Association Professional Development Seminar today in San Diego. Housing professionals from across the military received honors and participated in a combination of courses, workshops and presentations as well as panel and group discussions related to today's Military Housing issues.
