Team CECOM –

I hope you all enjoyed some good food and time spent with friends and family over the holiday weekend. It was a well-deserved opportunity for our team, along with the rest of the Army, to rest and recharge. Our mission never stops and I’m confident that together, we will finish this year on a strong note!

This Friday, ISEC CSM Michael Runk will pass the flag to incoming CSM Endesha Johnson during a change of responsibility ceremony. Please join me in thanking CSM Runk for his efforts in ensuring we provided C5ISR support to our warfighters across the globe, and welcoming CSM Johnson to our force. I am certain he will be an asset to both ISEC and CECOM and I look forward to seeing him continue to lead us to greatness.

I’m proud to share that recently, teammates from Tobyhanna, ILSC and G4 represented CECOM during the AMC Organic Industrial Base Modernization Wargame. Our AMC EDCG, Ms. Marion Whicker, led the event, which also hosted some familiar participants from ASA(ALT) as well as key stakeholders from across the OIB. The Wargame examined all requirements for OIB Modernization. From future installation management projects to focusing on digital engineering and climate energy resilience, the team got after tackling emerging C5ISR sustainment requirements. CECOM will continue to identify and develop opportunities for our sustainment enterprise to support building the Army of 2030, keeping readiness at the forefront of everything we do.

Lastly, mark your calendars for our next CECOM Town Hall on Tuesday, 12 DEC at 1300. It will be a good chance for us all to come together for one last time this year, where we’ll reflect on what worked well over this past year, identify any opportunities to further develop our organization, recognize some special members of our workforce, and discuss how the command will continue to excel in 2024! Please keep an eye out for more details via email.

To all our teammates worldwide, thank you for everything you do. This We’ll Defend!

Sincerely,

Liz Miranda
