Monthly Fort Knox retirement ceremony set for October 29

The monthly post retirement ceremony will be Friday, Oct. 29 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the commander of U.S. Army Recruiting Command, Maj. Gen. Kevin Vereen, and his senior enlisted advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. John Foley.

The public is invited to attend this event. All compliance measures associated with health protection condition (HPCON) level Bravo and General Order No. 1 (signed July 29, 2021) remain in effect.

The following retirees will be honored in this ceremony:

· Col. Kenneth Crowe, U.S. Army Cadet Command, with 28 years of service

· Jessica Miller, U.S. Army Recruiting Command, with 38 years of service

· 1st Sgt. April Busald, U.S. Army Cadet Command, with 23 years of service

· Sgt. 1st Class Joanne Glanville, V Corps, with 20 years of service
