GRAFENWOEHR, Germany - As a way to better serve customers' needs, the U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria Housing Office has released a new 'How-To' video series for Army housing residents.
The video series is based on the most common service orders submitted by residents. The videos are released regularly on the garrison's website, YouTube and Facebook page.
These videos aim to help newcomers learn how to operate things in their German home. Videos are specific to German housing, which differ from American housing, and include topics such as door locks, windows, ventilation, circuit breakers and roller blinds known as Rolladens.
