Stearns and Incoming First Sergeant Nick Brown, 502nd Military Police Battalion, Criminal Investigation Command, complete the passing of the guidon of the 502nd MP Battalion CID during a Change of Command Ceremony Jan. 4, 2019, at Fort Campbell, Ky.
