KATTERBACH, Germany (Jan. 4, 2016) -- The Army's top aviator, Maj. Gen. Michael D. Lundy, met with Soldiers of 12th Combat Aviation Brigade to discuss the state of Army Aviation, Jan. 4, at Katterbach Army Airfield.
Lundy was on hand to discuss and answer questions in reference to changes resulting from the Army Aviation Restructuring Initiative. During the town hall style meeting, Soldiers asked the General numerous questions ranging from military occupation specialties changes, to budget decisions, to current aircraft flying hours.
12th CAB trains and provides Aviation support across the range of military operations in support of United States Army Europe, European Command, NATO, and in support of CENTCOM and AFRICOM and other contingency locations around the globe.
