Pfc. Danielle Robinson, a carpenter and mason with the 84th Battalion, 30th Brigade, 643rd Company out of Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, seals gaps in sheet metal roofing during the Engineering Civic Action Program portion of Exercise Khaan Quest 2011 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Aug. 1. The purpose of the program is to improve medical care in the area by adding on to the Ayut Family Hospital, a 17,000 square foot urgent care clinic, which will serve the 9th sub-district of Khaan-Uul district. Khaan Quest is a training exercise designed to strengthen the capabilities of U.S., Mongolian and other participating nations' forces in international peace support operations and civic outreach programs worldwide.

Soldiers are air-inserted via a CH-47 Chinook helicopter for a field training exercise which kicks off day one of the 99th Regional Support Command's "Operation Checkerboard" at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Soldiers practice squad-level tactics, including moving as a squad, reacting to contact, establishing a perimeter, and a tactical road march. Soldiers of the 99th RSC's Headquarters and Headquarters Company were joined by Soldiers of the 78th Army Band, also from JB-MDL; the 319th Army Band from Fort Totten, N.Y.; the 94th Army Band from East Windsor, Conn., the 198th Army Band from Rochester, N.Y. and the 380th Army Band from Richmond, Va.
